Dal with Naan Bread and Lemon
You love Indian cuisine? So do we! Prepare your homemade naan bread easily and pimp our Green Dal Bowl. What do you need?

Ingredients:
Every. Green Dal Bowl, 1 lemon
For the Naan:
300g flour 3.5 g dry yeast 1 tsp sugar 50 g vegetable yogurt 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp olive oil

For the naan bread, put all the ingredients in a bowl with 100 ml of lukewarm water and mix gently. Then knead for 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Place in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes, covered, in a warm place to rise.Â

Divide the dough into equal sized pieces and roll out into thin round patties. Bake in a pan with a dash of oil on medium heat for about 2 minutes on both sides.

Prepare the Dal Delight Bowl in a pan. Plate and garnish with lemon pieces and naan bread. Enjoy fresh.
