Potato Panorama with grilled asparagus

The barbecue season is open: Combine the earthy note of potatoes with the freshness of grilled asparagus and create a flavour experience that will enchant your senses!

Ingredients:

1x Potato Panorama, 500 g green asparagus, woody ends removed, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 1 lemon (organic), zest grated, fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

IInstructions:

1. preheat the grill or oven to medium heat.

2. place the green asparagus on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well so that the asparagus is evenly coated with oil.

3 Season the asparagus generously with salt and pepper.

4. place the prepared asparagus on the grill or in a heated pan and grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly browned with grill marks.

5 Transfer the grilled asparagus to a serving dish and sprinkle with the grated lemon zest.

Be careful not to grill the asparagus for too long, otherwise it may become tough. It should be tender but still crunchy. The lemon zest gives the asparagus a refreshing flavour and goes wonderfully with its natural sweetness.
