Pasta Arrabbiata Bowl, leftover bread, a little olive oil, lettuce of your choice, a little lemon juice, salt and pepper, Parmesan cheese (optional).
Preheat the oven to 220 °C convection oven. Prepare the Pasta Arrabbiata Bowl.
Meanwhile, crumble the leftover bread, dress with olive oil and place in the oven for 8-12 minutes until crisp. Then salt.
Dress the salad with your choice of olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar, salt and pepper.
Once the pasta bowl is ready and the croutons are crispy, arrange on a plate and finish (if desired) with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.

Prepare the Pasta Arrabbiata.
Meanwhile, toast the bread or fry it in olive oil. Then rub with fresh garlic and salt.
Once the Arrabbiata Bowl is ready, pull the burrata apart and arrange on top of the pasta.
Season with salt, pepper, fresh herbs and paprika powder to finish visually.
