One bag, two portions – how to stretch a single meal into two

Most of our meals can go further with a few simple additions. We'll show you how to turn the Naked Taco or Golden Curry into an easy meal for two – no extra effort required.

Naked Taco Bowl


What you need:


Naked Taco Bowl, 200 g coconut yoghurt, 1 garlic clove, fresh coriander + mint, salt & pepper, 2 limes, 1 avocado, 6 taco shells or wraps, 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, sriracha sauce.


Here's how:


1️⃣ Finely chop the garlic and a handful of mint, then stir into the coconut yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice.


2️⃣ Peel the avocado and slice thinly.


3️⃣ Cook the Naked Taco Bowl in a pan according to the instructions.


4️⃣ Fill the taco shells or wraps generously with the bowl, yoghurt, avocado, and jalapeños.


5️⃣ Top with sriracha and fresh herbs, add lime wedges on the side – done!

Golden Curry Bowl


What you need:

Golden Curry Bowl, 120 g rice, 200 g tofu or tempeh, 1 tsp coconut oil, ½ bunch fresh coriander, 1 lemon, 50 g nuts of your choice.


Here's how:


1️⃣ Add the Golden Curry Bowl to a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and a splash of water. Simmer for 7–8 minutes.


2️⃣ Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.


3️⃣ Cut the tofu or tempeh into small cubes and fry in a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil until golden and crispy.


4️⃣ Wash and pat dry the coriander, then roughly pick the leaves. Cut the lemon into wedges.


5️⃣ Divide the rice, curry, and tofu or tempeh between two plates. Garnish with fresh coriander, lemon wedges, and chopped nuts.
